An Open Pre-Selection for the 2026 Manhattan International Piano Competition

2025 London Showcase

About

The London Showcase serves as an open pre-selection round for the 2026 Manhattan International Piano Competition, replacing the traditional preliminary video screening with a fully live, educational experience. This accessible format allows a broader range of applicants to engage directly in our competition environment. Each participant will receive verbal feedback from a Guest Artist and detailed written evaluations from an Adjudicator—an invaluable preparation for the next stages of the competition.

Uniquely, this Showcase also supports the Yamaha Grand Piano Fund for Voloshko Music Academy and the Educational Center for Ukrainian Children in Warsaw, which lost their instruments during the war. This fundraising initiative is powered by the PianoX Club in New York in collaboration with Yamaha Music London, uniting young artists across borders through music and humanitarian purpose.
